چکیده
Status of Soil Chemical Fertility at Various Intensities Patchouli Planting in Sub-district, DistrictAceh patchouli is a fibrous rooted plant that can produce essential oils. oil be processed into cosmetic ingredients, perfumes, etc. This study aims to determine the soil chemical fertility each intensity planting District. The method used survey by conducting field observations, obtained are discussed with descriptive approach as well regression and correlation. parameters measured this were C-organic, base saturation cation exchange capacity soil. Analysis laboratory using test T test. on District, low moderate. has no significant effect fertility.

Identification of two chemotypes of Pogostemon cablin (Blanco) Benth. through DNA barcodes.
Pogostemon cablin (Blanco) Benth. is an important medicinal plant in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Because of differences in the chemical composition, this species has been classified into two major chemotypes, i. e. the patchouliol-type and the pogostone-type; however, no quick and effective method is presently available for the precise identification of these two chemotypes. DNA barcodi...
متن کاملPolyphenolic glycosides isolated from Pogostemon cablin (Blanco) Benth. as novel influenza neuraminidase inhibitors
BACKGROUND Influenza is historically an ancient disease that causes annual epidemics and, at irregular intervals, pandemics. At present, the first-line drugs (oseltamivir and zanamivir) don't seem to be optimistic due to the spontaneously arising and spreading of oseltamivir resistance among influenza virus. Pogostemon cablin (Blanco) Benth. (P. cablin) is an important traditional Chinese medic...

متن کاملT cell inhibition by pogostone from Pogostemon cablin (Blanco) Benth: In vitro and in vivo immunosuppressive analysis
Various plant-derived compounds exhibit immunosuppressive activity in pre‑clinical investigations, suggesting that they may serve as natural alternatives for the prevention of inflammatory disorders and autoimmune diseases. The aim of the current study was to explore the immunosuppressive potential of pogostone (PO) derived from Pogostemon cablin (Blanco) Benth. Carboxyfluorescein diacetate suc...
متن کاملSerological and Molecular Studies of a Novel Virus Isolate Causing Yellow Mosaic of Patchouli [Pogostemon cablin (Blanco) Benth]
Here we have identified and characterized a devastating virus capable of inducing yellow mosaic on the leaves of Patchouli [Pogostemon cablin (Blanco) Benth]. The diagnostic tools used were host range, transmission studies, cytopathology, electron microscopy, serology and partial coat protein (CP) gene sequencing. Evidence from biological, serological and sequence data suggested that the causal...
